What is your capacity?

Our venue accommodates up to 175 guests, including the wedding party.

We want to bring in our own alcohol. How do I go about that?

We allow beer and wine only, and the host provides. No other alcohol may be brought by other guests.

We love your venue but are still deciding. Can you hold our date for us?

We can hold your date for 7 days and the deposit will be due on the 7th day.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, or money order is preferred, but we will also accept debit/credit cards.

Are there any nearby hotel accommodations for my guests?

We are located only a short distance from Charlotte and Concord, so there are many lodging options available for you and your guests.

Does the staff at The Coach House set up and break down tables and chairs?

The tables and chairs are set up before you arrive and we also take care of clean up.

Do you book multiple events on the same day?

No, only one wedding per day.
