What is your capacity?

Our venue accommodates up to 200 guests, including the wedding party.

How far in advance does your venue book dates?

We have no limit, however our fees are only set for 1-2 years in advance.

When will our wedding rehearsal be?

Your reservation fee includes the use of the venue on Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 11pm, so the majority of our brides host their rehearsal on Friday afternoon/ evening. We do not allow rehearsal dinners.

We want to bring in our own alcohol. How do I go about that?

We allow beer and wine only, and the host provides. No other alcohol may be brought by other guests.

We love your venue but are still deciding. Can you hold our date for us?

We can hold your date for 7 days and the deposit will be due on the 7th day.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, or money order is preferred, but we will also accept debit/credit cards.

Are there any nearby hotel accommodations for my guests?

We are located only a short distance from Charlotte and Concord, so there are many lodging options available for you and your guests.

May I bring my own decorations and set up things for my wedding ahead of time?

The fee includes Friday form 8am to 7pm for decorating and rehearsal. You may bring your own decor or use the venue decor.

Does the staff at The Coach House set up and break down tables and chairs?

The tables and chairs are set up when you arrive on Friday and we also take care of clean up.

Do you book multiple events on the same day?

No, only one wedding per Saturday and the venue is exclusive to you on Friday and Saturday.

May I use my own vendors?

For 2023 you may hire all of your own vendors. Caterers and DJs must have liability insurance and bartenders must have insurance as well as a bartending license.

For 2024 we will be implementing preferred caterers, bartenders, and coordinators.
